Used air pump, the pulley is not original but it worked for testing purposes and may work for your application.
Bench tested with open ports (no plumbing or gauges attached). Pump ran smoothly when turned by electric motor; I felt pressure building with my thumb placed over the outlet and it wanted to draw in my thumb when place over the suction port. Grease cups over the shaft work as they should, turning them clockwise applied grease until some started appearing from the housing around the shaft.
Before testing I did have to do some cleaning. I took it apart and removed some rust buildup from inside. There is some pitting on the contact surfaces, if this affects its operation I do not know. I did not replace any parts and the grease in the cups is original to how I found it.
I do not know the age of this pump, nor its exact application. But I saw a 1922 ad by CROWELL MFG., shows a similar style pump and described it as follows:  "Type A" - "Positive Pressure Blower" - "Rotary Air Pump" - Builds pressure from "1psi to 10psi" and vacuum "up to 24 inches". (This may or may not describe the pump in this listing, I suggest doing your own research if needed)
