1982 Suzuki GS

Description

Here's a very nice unrestored, and not wrecked GS1100GLZ.   It's a good honest motorcycle. Spent quite a bit of time in storage, but the carbs are fully overhauled, new intake and air box rubbers.  Brakes are good, electrics are good, except for the clutch safety switch which I unplugged because it is unreliable.  Tires are in good condition , but kind of old.  The L handlebars are very uncomfortable for me so this bike has the GK ( lower, flatter bars)  Other than that, this is a clean stocker. The side covers were missing when I got it and I searched for the right ones, no luck. So the covers shown are for an 850.   They fit perfectly, but need new paint.  Turn signals were also missing, I pulled some random signals out of my parts pile and put them on. They work, but you may want to get better ones. There is a new fuel tap as the handle is broken on  the original.  I have a clean title in my name and the correct key.  Again it 's an honest bike in great shape. Why am I selling? Well, old bikes like this are getting expensive, but Vintage Saxophones are even more expensive.  So there it is, bid away. Local pick up is ok, but shipping is for you to handle.  Odometer shows 10,900  which I believe is correct.  Email with questions and I'll do my best to answer.  Thanks.
