Original and Very Rare "Souvenir Program Green Bay Packers Testimonial Banquet Columbus Community Club Wednesday December 16,1936."Light green stiff paper pictorial wraps with orange-toned cover illustration of football player carrying ball and opposing team player in pursuit.Title lettering on cover in green.Illustrated with black and white two-page spread photograph showing the 1936 Championship Green Bay Packers Team and their coaches including the famous "Curly Lambeau".The program was printed by The Stuebe Binding & Printing Co.In Recognition of the Value to This Community of The Green Bay Packers.

This souvenir program honors the Green Bay Packers as the 4th National Championship Game Winners as they defeated the Boston Redskins 21-6 in the Championship Game played at the famous Polo Grounds in New York City.
This was the First Appearance and First Championship Game Victory for the Packers.This was the First NFL Championship Game under Head Coach Curly Lambeau but the Packers had previously won League Championships in 1929,1930 and 1931.
In this Championship Game played on December 13,1936 a first quarter touchdown pass from Arnie Herber to Don Hutson set the tone for their impressive win.The Boston Redskins were the Eastern Division Champions.This was the First NFL Championship Game for both teams.The Boston Redskins Head Coach was Ray Flaherty.
In the 1936 Season the Packers had two home fields-City Stadium in Green Bay and at Wisconsin State Fair Park.Lambeau Field was not built yet.
The Green Bay Packers season record in 1936 was 10-1-1 an impressive season record.
